Inductive sensors M4–M30 for industrial automation

Nexotec supplies inductive sensors in thread sizes from M4 to M30 and in rectangular housings, in PNP and NPN versions, with NO, NC or NO+NC contacts. Our customers are machine builders, control system integrators and maintenance departments — wherever a sensor has to run without downtime at high temperatures, in the welding zone and in contact with coolant and swarf.

The company, the warehouse, invoicing, warranty and technical support are based in Poland. We ship to customers across Europe.

Selection by parameters, not by catalogue number

A sensor is chosen by a set of parameters, not by its name. You will find them all in one place:

  • Thread size — M4, M5, M8, M12, M18, M30 and Q8 rectangular housings
  • Output type — PNP for sourcing inputs, NPN for sinking inputs
  • Contact — NO, NC or NO+NC in a single sensor
  • Sensing range Sn — from 0.6 mm on M4 up to 50 mm on M30; extended-range versions in every size
  • Mounting — flush, for embedding level with metal, or non-flush with a longer sensing range
  • Connection — M8 or M12 connector, or a 2 m, 3 m or 5 m cable

Separate groups cover conditions where a standard sensor is not enough: miniature sensors M4 and M5 for tight fixtures and grippers, full-metal sensors in a stainless steel housing, welding-duty sensors with a PTFE coating resistant to spatter, high-temperature sensors for continuous operation at 250 °C, selective NF and FE types that distinguish aluminium from steel, and extended-range sensors — M8 up to 6 mm, M12 up to 12 mm and M30 up to 50 mm.

What you can expect from us

Selection instead of guesswork. The output type has to match the controller inputs — PNP for sourcing, NPN for sinking — and a mistake at this stage ends in damaged hardware. We help you choose the right model for a specific application, including cases where you need a replacement for a sensor another supplier has discontinued.

Shipping from our warehouse in Poland. Orders for stocked items placed by 14:00 are shipped the same working day. We synchronise stock levels with our warehouse system every five minutes, so the availability shown on a product page is never more than a few minutes old.

24-month warranty and a decision within 7 days. On all sensors, regardless of series. You report a claim through a form and we issue a decision within 7 days — not „promptly”, but on a fixed date you can put into your downtime schedule.

30 days to return, also on business purchases. A B2B purchase carries no statutory right of withdrawal — we grant it voluntarily. Thirty days, the product unused and not permanently installed, return form online.

Documentation with every product. You can download the data sheet and the CE RoHS declaration of conformity straight from the product page — no registration, no form, no need to contact sales.

B2B terms. Verified business customers are offered deferred payment terms. You can order by pasting a list of product codes instead of clicking through individual pages, or by sending that list to orders@nexotec.pl.
