At our company, you have 30 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 30 days from the date of withdrawal. All returns in our store are processed through a very simple return wizard, allowing you to send back your return package via InPost Parcel Locker.

1 Print the return form Generate return documents along with shipping labels and print them.

2 Send the package Place the packed item along with the return document in a box and seal it securely.

3 Receive your refund You will receive your refund within 14 days of us receiving your return.

Details of the return process:

Log into your account and select the item you wish to return from the return panel.
Choose to return the item by selecting the option “Use store shipping” and indicate your preferred refund method.
Generate the return documents along with shipping labels, print them, and sign the return document.
Pack the item securely along with the return document and seal the box. You can reuse the original shipping box. Drop off the package at any InPost Parcel Locker for fast and convenient shipping, available 24/7. Please ensure your package does not exceed the dimensions of 41 x 38 x 64 cm and a weight of 25 kg.
The refund will be processed within 30 days from the date we are informed of your withdrawal decision. However, this usually takes less time. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof of shipment.
