Return your purchase easily

In our shop you do not have to worry that the ordered goods will not meet your expectations. You can declare your withdrawal online in a few steps, and returning the goods is straightforward.

You have 30 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason. Send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you withdrew. Customers buying as businesses can use their voluntary right of return if the goods are unused and not permanently installed.

You can return the goods with a carrier of your choice, for example DHL. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Customers in Poland can also send the return free of charge from any InPost Parcel Locker using the return wizard.

1 Declare your withdrawal Declare your withdrawal online, by e-mail or by letter.
2 Send the parcel Pack the goods carefully, enclose your order number and send the parcel to us with DHL or another carrier.
3 Refund We will refund the purchase price no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal.

Details of the return process:

  • Declare your withdrawal online at https://nexotec.pl/en/returns-open.html. You can also declare it informally by e-mail or letter. After you submit it, we will promptly send you an acknowledgement on a durable medium (for example by e-mail) with the content of your withdrawal and the date and time it was received;

  • Pack the goods carefully. You can use the box in which you received your order. Enclose your order number (and the return document, if you received one);

  • Send the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of your withdrawal to: Nexotec spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, Marii Kuncewiczowej 3, 41-706 Ruda Śląska, Poland. Returns from other countries must be sent as an international parcel, for example with DHL or another carrier of your choice. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14 days have expired. Keep the proof of postage;

  • You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We do not charge any fees for processing your withdrawal;

  • You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods;

  • We will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we received your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the order, unless expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them, whichever is the earliest.

Customers buying as businesses have no statutory right of withdrawal. We voluntarily grant them a 30-day right of return, provided the goods are unused and not permanently installed. Details are in Annex 1 to our Terms and Conditions.

The procedure described above is not a condition for exercising the statutory right of withdrawal and does not limit it in any way. The withdrawal information in Annex 1 to our Terms and Conditions is binding.
